Ein schwefelfreies und emissionsarmes Elastomerblend soll bereitgestellt werden, das die Eigenschaften von verschiedenen Kautschuken besitzt, und dessen mechanische Eigenschaften, insbesondere in Bezug auf Druckverformungsrest (DVR), Bruchdehnung, Zugfestigkeit und/oder Gasdurchlässigkeit (Permeation) gegenüber den Einzelcompounds verbessert sind, und das eine verbesserte Temperatur- und Medienbeständigkeit aufweist. Dazu umfasst das Elastomerblend einen Kautschuk (A) mit mindestens zwei über Hydrosilylierung vernetzbaren funktionellen Gruppen, mindestens einen anderen Kautschuk (B) mit mindestens zwei über Hydrosilylierung vernetzbaren funktionellen Gruppen, wobei sich der Kautschuk (B) vom Kautschuk (A) chemisch unterscheidet, als Vernetzer (C) ein Hydrosiloxan oder Hydrosiloxanderivat oder ein Gemisch aus mehreren Hydrosiloxanen oder -derivaten, die im Mittel mindestens zwei SiH-Gruppen pro Molekül aufweisen, ein Hydrosilylierungs-Katalysatorsystem (D) und mindestens einen Füllstoff (E).

The invention relates to the use of a sulphur-free and low-emission elastomer blend which has properties of various rubbers, and the mechanical properties thereof are improved, in particular, in relation to the permanent set (DVR), elongation at rupture, tensile strength and/or gas permeability (permeation) in relation to the individual compounds and it also has an improved temperature resistance and an improved resistance to media. Said elastomer blend also comprises a rubber (A) having at least two functional groups which can be cross-linked by hydrosilylation, at least one other rubber (B) comprising at least two functional groups which can be cross-linked by hydrosilylation. The rubber (B) is chemically different from the rubber (A) and a cross-linking agent (C) comprises a hydrosiloxane or hydrosiloxane derivative or a mixture of several hydrosiloxanes or derivatives, which comprise at least two SiH groups per molecule in the centre, a hydrosilylation catalyst system (D) and at least one filling material (E).

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer un mélange élastomère exempt de soufre et à faible émission, qui présente les propriétés de différents caoutchoucs et dont les caractéristiques mécaniques sont améliorées, notamment par rapport à un écart permanent, un allongement à la rupture, une résistance à la traction et/ou une perméabilité aux gaz (perméation) comparativement aux composés individuels. Ce mélange présente également une meilleure résistance thermique et une meilleure résistance aux divers milieux. Ce mélange comprend un caoutchouc (A) présentant au moins deux groupes fonctionnels réticulables par hydrosilylation, au moins un autre caoutchouc (B) présentant au moins deux groupes fonctionnels réticulables par hydrosilylation, le caoutchouc (B) étant chimiquement distinct du caoutchouc (A), un agent de réticulation (C) constitué d'hydrosiloxane, d'un dérivé d'hydrosiloxane ou d'un mélange de plusieurs hydrosiloxanes ou dérivés d'hydrosiloxane qui présentent dans le milieu au moins deux groupes SiH par molécule, un système catalyseur d'hydrosilylation (D), ainsi qu'au moins une charge (E).
