Abstract

A line head capable of minimizing an effect on the results of printing even if only a head tip is abruptly heated by minimizing an effect due to the deformation of the head tip by thermal stress. The line head comprises first deformation relieving parts (31) formed by arranging, for each relieving part, at least one row of multiple holes in a direction crossing perpendicularly to the arranged direction of nozzles (18) near the both end outer edges of the head tip (11) in the longitudinal direction on a nozzle plate and a second deformation relieving part (32) formed by arranging at least one row of multiple holes along the arranged direction of the nozzles (18) starting near both end outer edges of the head tip (11) in the longitudinal direction to the center part thereof in the longitudinal direction on the nozzle plate.

La présente invention concerne une tête de ligne susceptible de réduire un effet sur les résultats d'une impression même si seule l'extrémité d'une tête est soudainement chauffée en réduisant un effet engendré par la déformation de l'extrémité de la tête à la suite d'une contrainte thermique. La tête de ligne comprend de premières parties de réduction de déformation (31) formées en disposant, pour chaque partie de réduction, au moins une rangée d'orifices multiples selon une direction croisant perpendiculairement la direction des buses (18) à proximité des deux bords externes terminaux de l'extrémité de la tête (11) dans la direction longitudinale sur une plaque à buses et une seconde partie de réduction de déformation (32) formée en disposant au moins une rangée d'orifices multiples le long de la direction des buses (18) qui commençe à proximité des deux bords externes terminaux de l'extrémité de la tête (11) dans la direction longitudinale et continue jusqu'à sa partie centrale dans la direction longitudinale de la plaque à buses.

 熱応力の発生に伴う歪みによる影響を最小限にし、急激にヘッドチップのみが発熱しても、印画結果への影響を最小限とするラインヘッドを提供する。ノズル板でのヘッドチップ11の長手方向における両端部外縁近傍において、ノズル18の並び方向に直交する方向に複数の孔を少なくとも1列配列することにより形成された第1歪み緩和部31と、ノズル板でのヘッドチップ11の長手方向における両端部外縁近傍からヘッドチップ11の長手方向における中央部に向かって、ノズル18の配列方向に沿って、複数の孔を少なくとも1列配列することにより形成された第2歪み緩和部32とを備える。
