[PROBLEMS] To provide a fluid bearing device with a hub part having high molding accuracy and dimensional stability and manufacturable at low cost. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] An annular gate (14) is formed at the portion of a cavity (15) corresponding to the lower end face (10c1) outer diameter end part of a flange part (10c), and a molten resin (P) is filled into the cavity (15) through the annular gate (14) to form the resin hub part (10). The hub part (10) molded by the injection molding comprises a radial resin orientation through all the periphery thereof. Furthermore, an annular gate trace (16) is formed at the lower end face (10c1) outer diameter end part of the flange part (10c) of the hub part (10).

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de cette invention concerne la création d’un dispositif à palier fluide doté d’une partie moyeu, qui présente une précision de moulage et une stabilité dimensionnelle élevées et dont le coût de production est faible. La solution proposée consiste à former une entrée annulaire (14) à un emplacement dans une cavité (15) qui correspond à la face terminale inférieure (10c1) de la partie terminale du diamètre externe d’une partie bride (10c), et à remplir la cavité (15) avec une résine fondue (P) en se servant de l’entrée annulaire (14) afin d’obtenir une partie moyeu en résine (10). La partie moyeu (10) moulée à l’aide d’un procédé de moulage par injection possède une résine à orientation radiale sur toute sa périphérie. En outre, une trace de l’entrée annulaire (16) est formée sur la face terminale inférieure (10c1) de la partie terminale du diamètre externe de la partie bride (10c) appartenant à la partie moyeu (10).

【課題】高い成形精度と寸法安定性を有し、かつ低コストに製造可能なハブ部を有する流体軸受装置を提供する。 【解決手段】キャビティ15の、鍔部10cの下端面10c1の外径端部に対応する箇所に環状ゲート14を設け、この環状ゲート14からキャビティ15内に溶融樹脂Pを充填することにより樹脂製のハブ部10を成形する。この射出成形により形成されたハブ部10は、その全周に亘って半径方向への樹脂配向を示す。また、ハブ部10の、鍔部10cの下端面10c1の外径端部に環状のゲート跡16が形成される。
