The device comprises a cell culture compartment (10) and a diffusion compartment (20) in fluid communication with the cell culture compartment (20) through a filtering element (22) for the progressive diffusion of chemotactic molecules contained in the diffusion compartment into a culture medium contained in the culture compartment, so as to maintain, in the culture compartment, a chemotactic molecules concentration gradient between a region (A) of the culture compartment (10) adjacent to the diffusion compartment (20) and a region (B) of the culture compartment (10) spaced from the diffusion compartment (20), wherein the ratio (R) of the volume of the culture compartment (10) usable for receiving a culture medium over the volume of the diffusion compartment (20) usable for receiving molecules is at least 15.

L'invention concerne un dispositif comprenant un compartiment de culture cellulaire (10) et un compartiment de diffusion (20) en communication fluidique avec le compartiment de culture cellulaire (20) par un élément filtrant (22), pour la diffusion progressive de molécules chimiotactiques contenues dans le compartiment de diffusion vers un milieu de culture contenu dans le compartiment de culture, de manière à maintenir, dans le compartiment de culture, un gradient de concentration de molécules chimiotactiques entre une zone (A) du compartiment de culture (10) adjacente au compartiment de diffusion (20) et une zone (B) du compartiment de culture (10) espacée du compartiment de diffusion (20), le rapport (R) du volume du compartiment de culture (10) pouvant recevoir un milieu de culture par le volume du compartiment de diffusion (20) servant à recevoir les molécules étant d'au moins 15.
