The invention relates to a compound of formula (I), or a pharmacologically or cosmetically acceptable salt or derivative thereof, wherein R1 to R5 are selected from the groups R1 representing -alkyl, -vinyl, -CHOH-CH2OH, R2 representing H, -OH, -Oalkyl, -Oacyl, saccharide groups, modified saccharide groups (e.g. malonylated), R3 representing -H, -OH, -Oalkyl, -Oacyl, modified -Oacyl (e.g. malonylated), saccharide groups, modified saccharide groups (e.g. malonylated), R4, R5 representing -COOH, -carbonic esters, for use as drug, antioxidant, food supplement. The invention also relates to a method for producing the compound of formula (I).

La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I) ou un sel ou dérivé de ceux-ci, toléré d'un point de vue pharmacologique, dermatologique ou cosmétique. Dans la formule (I), R1 à R5 sont choisis parmi les radicaux R1 -alkyle, -vinyle, -CHOH-CH2OH, R2 -H, -OH, -Oalkyle, -Oacyle, radicaux de saccharide, radicaux de saccharide modifiés (par ex. malonylés) R3 -H, -OH, -Oalkyle, -Oacyle, -Oacyle modifié (par ex. malonylé), radicaux de saccharide, radicaux de saccharide modifiés (par ex. malonylés), R4, R5 -COOH, -ester d'acide carboxylique, ces composés étant utilisés en tant que produits pharmaceutiques, agents antioxydants ou compléments alimentaires.
