Disclosed are a conductive composition film, an electron injection electrode, and an organic electroluminescence element (abbreviated an 'EL element', hereinafter). Display devices have been intensively developed using an EL element, and an electron injection electrode (14) for an EL element is required to have a low resistance and a high transparency. An ITO or the like has been proposed as a conductive composition film that meets with the requirement. However, an ITO has such a disadvantage that it has a large difference in work function from a light-emitting layer (13). The disadvantage can be overcome by providing a conductive composition film comprising the elements (A) and (B) below and an oxygen element, wherein the sum total of the amount of the element (A) (x) and the amount of the element (B) (y) (x+y) comprises 41 to 80 at% exclusive of the film, and the amount of the oxygen element comprises [(100-(x+y)] at% of the film, or the like: (A) an element selected from In, Sn and Zn; and (B) at least one element selected from In, Sn, Zn, V, W, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag and Au which is different from the element (A).

L'invention concerne une feuille multicouche conductrice, une électrode à injection électronique, et un élément électroluminescent organique (sous la forme abrégée ‘élément EL’, ci-après). Des dispositifs d’affichage ont été développés de manière intensive à l’aide d’un élément EL, et une électrode à injection électronique (14) pour élément EL doit avoir une faible résistance et une grande transparence. On a proposé un ITO ou similaire comme feuille multicouche conductrice satisfaisant à ces exigences. Cependant, l’inconvénient d’un ITO réside dans sa différence importante en matière de fonctionnement par rapport à une couche électroluminescente (13). On peut surmonter cet inconvénient à l’aide d’une feuille multicouche conductrice comprenant les éléments (A) et (B) ci-dessous et un élément d’oxygène, caractérisé en ce que la somme totale de la quantité de l’élément (A) (x) et de la quantité de l’élément (B) (y) (x+y) constitue de 41 à 80 %at non inclus du film, et la quantité de l’élément d’oxygène constitue [(100-(x+y)] %at du film, ou similaire : (A) un élément sélectionné parmi In, Sn et Zn; et (B) au moins un élément sélectionné parmi In, Sn, Zn, V, W, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag et Au qui est différent de l’élément (A).
