An air conditioner in which generation of passing sound of refrigerant is suppressed in an expansion valve and a utilization-side heat exchanger or in the refrigerant piping from an expansion valve to a utilization-side heat exchanger. The air conditioner comprises a main refrigerant circuit having a compressor, a heat source-side heat exchanger, a utilization-side heat exchanger and an expansion valve, a bypass refrigerant circuit for returning a part of refrigerant supplied from the heat source-side heat exchanger to the expansion valve back to the suction side of the compressor after branching it from the main refrigerant circuit, a cooler for cooling refrigerant being supplied from the heat source-side heat exchanger to the expansion valve by refrigerant flowing through the bypass refrigerant circuit, and a control section for controlling a bypass expansion valve in the bypass refrigerant circuit such that the degree of superheat of refrigerant flowing through the bypass refrigerant circuit has a predetermined value at the outlet of the cooler. If the outdoor air temperature is lower than a predetermined level when the compressor is started or the number of operating utilization-side heat exchangers is altered, the control section closes the bypass expansion valve until a predetermined time elapses.

L'invention concerne un climatiseur dans lequel la génération de son traversant d'un réfrigérant est supprimée dans une soupape de dilatation et dans un échangeur de chaleur du côté de l'utilisation ou dans les conduites de réfrigérant depuis une soupape de dilatation vers un échangeur de chaleur du côté de l'utilisation. Le climatiseur comprend un circuit principal réfrigérant comportant un compresseur, un échangeur de chaleur du côté de la source de chaleur, un échangeur de chaleur du côté de l'utilisation et une soupape de dilatation, un circuit réfrigérant de dérivation destiné à renvoyer une partie de réfrigérant fournie à partir de l'échangeur de chaleur du côté de la source sur la soupape de dilatation vers le côté d'aspiration du compresseur après l'avoir branché à partir du circuit principal de réfrigérant, un refroidisseur destiné à refroidir le réfrigérant fourni à partir de l'échangeur de chaleur du côté de la source de chaleur à la soupape de dilatation par circulation de réfrigérant au travers du circuit de dérivation de réfrigérant, ainsi qu'une section de commande destinée à commander une soupape de dilatation de dérivation dans le circuit de réfrigérant de dérivation de telle sorte que le degré de surchauffe de réfrigérant s'écoulant au travers du circuit de réfrigérant de dérivation présente une valeur prédéterminée au niveau de l'orifice de sortie du refroidisseur. Si la température de l'air extérieur est inférieure à un niveau prédéterminé lorsque le compresseur est démarré ou que le nombre d'échangeurs de chaleur en fonctionnement du côté de l'utilisation est modifié, la section de commande ferme la soupape de dilatation de dérivation jusqu'à ce qu'une durée prédéterminée s'écoule.

 空気調和装置において、膨張弁や利用側熱交換器又は膨張弁から利用側熱交換器に至るまでの冷媒配管における冷媒通過音の発生を抑える。空気調和装置は、圧縮機と熱源側熱交換器と利用側熱交換器と膨張弁とを有する主冷媒回路と、熱源側熱交換器から膨張弁に送られる冷媒の一部を主冷媒回路から分岐させて圧縮機の吸入側に戻すバイパス冷媒回路と、バイパス冷媒回路を流れる冷媒によって熱源側熱交換器から膨張弁に送られる冷媒を冷却する冷却器と、バイパス冷媒回路を流れる冷媒の冷却器出口における過熱度が所定値になるようにバイパス冷媒回路のバイパス用膨張弁を制御する制御部とを備えている。制御部は、圧縮機の起動時や利用側熱交換器の運転台数変更時において、外気温度が所定の外気温度の値より小さい場合に、所定時間が経過するまでバイパス用膨張弁を閉じる制御を行う。
