In a terminal (1), when a connection is established, a packet generated by a data generating part (11) is outputted from a packet transmitting part (13). In the terminal (1), an ACK receiving part (14) receives an ACK packet transmitted as a receipt acknowledgement response to the foregoing transmitted packet. In the terminal (1), when the ACK packet is received, a cumulative band difference calculating part (18) calculates an accumulation or history of differences each between a target band and an actual output band. A target congestion window calculating part (20) defines, based on the cumulative band difference, a target congestion window. A congestion window limited-value calculating part (19) defines the upper limit of the congestion window. In the terminal (1), when the discarding of a packet is detected, it is not that the congestion window is reduced by one-half but that a smaller one of the target congestion window and the congestion window limited-value is used as a new congestion window.

Selon l’invention, dans un terminal (1), lorsqu’une connexion est établie, un paquet généré par une partie génération de données (11) est fourni par une partie transmission de paquet (13). Dans le terminal (1), une partie réception d’ACK (14) reçoit un paquet ACK transmis en tant que réponse d’accusé de réception du paquet précédemment transmis. Dans le terminal (1), lorsque le paquet ACK est reçu, une partie calcul de cumul de différences de bande (18) calcule un cumul ou un historique des différences entre une bande cible et la bande réelle de sortie. Une partie calcul de fenêtre cible de congestion (20) définit une fenêtre cible de congestion en fonction du cumul des différences de bande. Une partie calcul de valeur limite de fenêtre de congestion (19) définit la limite supérieure de la fenêtre de congestion. Dans le terminal (1), sur détection du rejet d’un paquet, la fenêtre de congestion n’est pas réduite de moitié mais une valeur inférieure de fenêtre de congestion cible ainsi que de valeur limite de fenêtre de congestion sont plutôt utilisées en tant que nouvelle fenêtre de congestion.

 端末1はコネクションが開設されると、データ発生部11で生成したパケットをパケット送信部13から出力する。端末1はこの送信パケットに対する送達確認応答として返信されるACKパケットをACK受信部14にて受信する。端末1はACKパケットを受信すると、目標帯域と実際の出力帯域との差分の累積あるいは差分の履歴を累積帯域差分計算部18にて計算する。目標輻輳ウインド計算部20は累積帯域差分を基に目標輻輳ウインドを定める。輻輳ウインド制限値計算部19は輻輳ウインドの上限を定める。端末1はパケット廃棄を検出した際に、輻輳ウインドを半減するのではなく、目標輻輳ウインドと輻輳ウインド制限値とのうち小さい方を新しい輻輳ウインドとする。
