An air intake device for an engine comprising a throttle body (1), a throttle valve (5) having a valve stem (5a) rotatably pivoted on the throttle body (1), a throttle drum (8) connected to one end of the throttle valve (5), a throttle sensor (51) connected to the other end of the valve stem (5a), a bypass (20) bypassing the throttle valve (5), and a bypass valve (25) opening and closing the bypass (20). A bearing boss (3) pivotally supporting the throttle drum (8) side one end part of the valve stem (5a) is protrudedly formed integrally with one side face of the throttle body (1). The bypass (20) is formed so as to surround the bearing boss (3). As a result, the air intake device for the engine can be formed compact despite the fact that the bypass is present.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’admission d’air pour moteur comprenant un corps de papillon des gaz (1), un papillon des gaz (5) présentant un corps de valve (5a) pivotant en rotation sur le corps de papillon (1), un tambour de papillon (8) connecté à une extrémité du papillon des gaz (5), un capteur de position du papillon (51) connecté à l’autre extrémité du corps de valve (5a), un by-pass (20) contournant le papillon des gaz (5) et un clapet de by-pass (25) ouvrant et fermant le by-pass (20). Un bossage de palier (3) supportant en pivot la partie d’une extrémité du côté du tambour de papillon (8) du corps de valve (5a) est formé en saillie de manière intégrée avec une face latérale du corps de papillon (1). Le by-pass (20) est formé de manière à entourer le bossage de palier (3). Par conséquent, le dispositif d’admission d’air pour moteur peut adopter une forme compacte malgré la présence du by-pass.
