Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft zusammengefaßt einen Luftbalg (14) für eine Luftfeder (10), wobei - ein achsseitiger Bereich (18) des Luftbalgs (14) in einem Grundzustand eine vorgeformte Paßform (28) aufweist, - die Paßform (28) derart ausgebildet ist, daß der achsseitige Bereich (18) an einem Hörn (30) eines Tauchkolbens (14) anordenbar ist und - der achsseitige Bereich (18) derart ausgelegt ist, daß bei einer Bewegung des achsseitigen Bereichs (18) zu einem aufbauseitigem Bereich (16) des Luftbalgs (14) hin der achsseitige Bereich (18) die Paßform (28) einnimmt, sowie eine Luftfeder, ein Fahrzeugachssystem jeweils unter Einsatz des vorgenannten Luftbalgs und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Luftbalgs.

The invention relates to a combined pneumatic bellow (14) for a pneumatic suspension (10), wherein an axle-sided area (18) of pneumatic bellow (14) comprises, in a base state, a preshaped adapted form (28) and said adapted form (28) is embodied in such a manner that the axle-sided area (18) can be arranged on a protruding part (30) of a plunger (14) and the axle-sided area (18) is configured in such a manner that, in the event of the axle-sided area (18) moving towards a frame-sided area (16) of the pneumatic bellow (14), the axle-sided area (18) adapts to the adapted form (28). The invention also relates to a pneumatic suspension, a vehicle axle system wherein the inventive pneumatic bellow is used and to a method for producing said pneumatic bellow.

Soufflet à air (14) pour un ressort pneumatique (10), dans lequel une zone (18) située du côté de l'essieu du soufflet à air (14) possède à un état de base une contre-forme préformée (28), la contre-forme (28) est conçue de manière telle que la zone (18) située du côté de l'essieu peut être placée sur une partie saillante (30) d'un piston plongeur (14) et la zone (18) située du côté de l'essieu est conçue de manière telle qu'en cas de mouvement de ladite zone (18) vers une zone (16), située du côté de la carrosserie, du soufflet à air (14), la zone (18) située du côté de l'essieu épouse la contre-forme (28). La présente invention concerne en outre un ressort pneumatique, un système d'essieu de véhicule à moteur dans lequel est utilisé le soufflet à air selon la présente invention et un procédé de fabrication dudit soufflet à air.
