Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektromagnetisches Hydraulikventil (1) mit einem in einer Ankerführung (9) längsbeweglich geführten Magnetanker (8), der einen in einem Ventilgehäuse (14) verlaufenden Ventilstößel (15) betätigt. Dieser steuert die Verbindung zwischen im Ventilgehäuse (14) ausgebildeten Anschlussöffnungen (28, 29, 30) für Hydraulikmittel, indem der Ventilstößel (15) in Wirkverbindung mit einem oder mehreren Dichtkörpern (22, 23) steht, die mit einem oder mehreren am Ventilgehäuse (14) abgestützten Dichthülsen (17, 18) korrespondieren. Das Hydraulikventil (1) weist ein Mittel zur Abscheidung von Schmutzpartikeln auf, welches in einem zwischen der Ankerführung (9) und den Anschlussöffnungen (28, 29, 30) angeordneten Zwischenboden (31) besteht. Dieser schließt mit einer Innenmantelfläche (16) des Ventilgehäuses (14) hydraulisch dichtend ab, wobei das Ventilgehäuse (14) zwecks Abscheidung ferromagnetischer Schmutzpartikel aus einem magnetisierbaren Werkstoff besteht.

The invention relates to an electromagnetic hydraulic valve (1) having a magnet armature (8) which is guided in a longitudinally movable fashion in an armature guide (9) and activates a valve tappet (15) which runs in a valve housing (14). Said valve tappet (15) controls the connection between connecting openings (28, 29, 30), formed in the valve housing (14), for hydraulic media in that the valve tappet (15) is operatively connected to one more sealing bodies (22, 23) which correspond to one or more sealing sleeves (17, 18) supported on the valve housing (14). The hydraulic valve (1) has a means for precipitating particles of dirt, which means is composed of an intermediate floor (31), which is arranged between the armature guide (9) and the connecting openings (28, 29, 30). Said intermediate floor (31) forms a hydraulic seal with an inner casing surface (16) of the valve housing (14), the valve housing (14) being composed of a magnetisable material in order to precipitate ferromagnetic particles of dirt.

L'invention concerne une électrovanne hydraulique (1) comprenant un induit magnétique (8) qui est guidé de façon mobile longitudinalement dans un guide d'induit (9) et qui actionne un poussoir (15) s'étendant dans un corps de vanne (14). Pour commander la liaison entre des ouvertures de raccordement (28, 29, 30) ménagées dans le corps de vanne (14) pour des agents hydrauliques, le poussoir (15) coopère avec un ou plusieurs éléments d'étanchéité (22, 23) qui sont en liaison avec un ou plusieurs manchons d'étanchéité (17, 18) venant en appui contre le corps de vanne (14). Cette électrovanne hydraulique (1) présente un moyen pour séparer les particules d'impureté, ce moyen se présentant sous la forme d'un fond intermédiaire (31) situé entre le guide d'induit (9) et les ouvertures de raccordement (28, 29, 30). Ce fond intermédiaire (31) assure une fermeture étanche hydrauliquement avec la surface latérale intérieure (16) du corps de vanne (14), ledit corps de vanne (14) étant réalisé dans un matériau magnétisable pour permettre la séparation des particules d'impureté ferromagnétiques.
