(EN)One or two sets of time course NMR data are acquired using an EPI pulse sequence in which either or both gradient recalled echo NMR signals and spin-echo NMR signals are acquired after bolus injection of a contrast agent. T*2 relaxation rates for GE and T2 relaxation rates for SE are calculated from the acquired NMR signals and are corrected for extravasation of contrast agent into surrounding tissues. The gradient-echo signals and spin-echo NMR signals are employed along with the T*2 and T2 relaxation rates to calculate hemodynamic parameter maps which are used as a measure of tumor angiogenesis.
(FR)Selon l'invention, on acquiert un ou deux ensembles de données RMN de décours temporel au moyen d'une séquence d'impulsions EPI dans laquelle les signaux RMN d'écho de gradient optimisé et/ou les signaux RMN d'écho de spin sont acquis après injection bolus d'un agent de contraste. On calcule des taux de relaxation T*2 pour l'écho de gradient (GE) et des taux de relaxation T2 pour l'écho de spin (SE) à partir des signaux RMN acquis, que l'on corrige en fonction de l'extravasion de l'agent de contraste dans les tissus environnants. On utilise les signaux RMN d'écho de gradient et d'écho de spin avec les taux de relaxation T*2 et T2 pour calculer des cartes de paramètres hémodynamiques qui permettent de mesurer l'angiogénèse tumorale.
