(EN)A device having a substrate and an enzyme attached to the substrate. The substrate has a polymeric surface having at least two conductivity states. A minimum voltage that does not cause a redox reaction in the enzyme may be applied to the polymeric surface to change the conductivity state of the surface. A method of controlling enzyme activity by providing the above substrate with polymeric surface, attaching an enzyme to the substrate, and altering the conductivity state of the polymeric surface. Changing the conductivity of the polymer can change the activity of the enzyme.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif comprenant un substrat et une enzyme fixée sur le substrat. Celui-ci présente une surface polymère possédant au moins deux états de conductivité. Une tension minimale n'engendrant pas une réaction d'oxydoréduction dans l'enzyme peut être appliquée sur la surface polymère, de manière à changer l'état de conductivité de la surface. L'invention concerne également un procédé de régulation de l'activité d'enzyme et consistant à utiliser le substrat susmentionné, lequel comprend une surface polymère, à fixer une enzyme sur le substrat et à modifier l'état de conductivité de la surface polymère.
