(EN)Provided is a photomultiplier tube having a fine structure for achieving a high multiplication efficiency. The photomultiplier tube is provided with an envelop inside of which is kept in a vacuum state, and on a device mounting plane (40a), which is a part of an inner wall plane defining the inner space of the envelop, a photocathode (22) which is of reflective type, an electron multiplication section (31), an anode (32) and a voltage distributing section (311) are arranged. Especially, the electron multiplication section is composed of a plurality of steps of dynodes for performing cascade multiplication of photoelectrons from the photocathode. The voltage distributing section for applying corresponding voltages to the steps of dynodes, respectively, is on the same plane with the electron multiplication section.
(FR)L’invention concerne un tube photomultiplicateur présentant une structure fine permettant d’obtenir un haut rendement de multiplication. Le tube photomultiplicateur comprend une enveloppe dans laquelle on a fait le vide, et, disposés sur un plan de montage de dispositif (40) qui fait partie d’un plan de paroi intérieure définissant l’espace intérieur de l’enveloppe, une photocathode (22) du type réfléchissant, une partie multiplicatrice d’électrons (31), une anode (32) et une partie distributrice de tension (311). La partie multiplicatrice d’électrons est constituée d’une pluralité d’étages de dynodes réalisant une multiplication en cascade des électrons émis par la photocathode. La partie distributrice de tension sert à appliquer des tensions correspondantes aux étages de dynodes et se situe sur le même plan que la partie multiplicatrice d’électrons.
