(EN)A cell culture support implantable in vivo in which an acidic collagen solution having a concentration of from 5 to 20 mg/mL and having been passed through a filter with a pore size of 10 &mgr;m or less has been neutralized and which has independent pores having an opening size of from 100 &mgr;m to 1000 &mgr;m on the surface thereof. In particular, an implantable cell culture support having such a shape and/or a structure as undergoing sufficiently self-organized accumulation which are obtained by conducting the above-described neutralization under directionally supplying an alkali.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à un support de culture de cellules pouvant être implanté in vivo, dans lequel une solution de collagène acide, possédant une concentration comprise entre 5 et 20 mg/mL et ayant été passée dans un filtre dont la taille des pores est inférieure ou égale à 10 µm a été neutralisée, et qui comprend des pores indépendants qui ont une taille d'ouverture comprise entre 100 µm et 1000 µm sur sa surface. L'invention concerne notamment un support de culture de cellules pouvant être implanté qui a une forme et/ou une structure de ce type, sujettes à une accumulation suffisamment auto-organisée, obtenues en effectuant la neutralisation décrite ci-dessus en fournissant un alcali de manière directionnelle.
