(EN)A wireless communication method and apparatus for scheduling data having different priorities for a plurality of wireless transmit/receive units (WTRUs), (i.e., users) is disclosed. The normalized average active throughput for each of the WTRUs is computed. Then, the normalized channel quality for each of the WTRUs is computed based on a reported channel quality indicator (CQI) and the respective normalized average active throughput. A sequence of WTRUs is arranged in an order of decreasing normalized channel quality for each data priority. As much of the data as possible is scheduled for the WTRUs in the order of decreasing normalized channel quality of WTRUs. The scheduling is performed until there are no more physical resources available. Several of the WTRUs can be scheduled in the same transmission timing interval (TTI) if there are enough physical resources.The normalized average active throughput of each WTRU is computed. The normalized channel quality of each WTRU is computed based on a channel quality indicator (CQI) and the respective normalized average active throughput. The data with the highest priority and the WTRU with the best normalized channel quality are selected. As much of the highest priority data as possible is scheduled for each WTRU. When sufficient physical resources are available, and there are no more WTRUs associated with the highest priority data, the data with the next highest priority and the WTRU with the best normalized channel quality that is not associated with the highest priority data are selected. Several WTRUs can be scheduled in the same transmission timing interval (TTI) if there are enough physical resources.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un procédé et sur un appareil de communication radio utilisés dans l'ordonnancement de données ayant différentes priorités pour une pluralité d'émetteurs/récepteurs radio (à savoir, des utilisateurs). On calcule le débit actif moyen normalisé pour chacun des émetteurs/récepteurs radio, puis on calcule la qualité du canal normalisé pour chacun des émetteurs/récepteurs radio sur la base d'un indicateur de qualité du canal concerné et du débit actif moyen normalisé.
