(EN)The present invention provides a red phosphor, a method for manufacturing the red phosphor and a light emitting device using the red phosphor, in which the red phosphor is expressed as a chemical formula of (Ca5Sr) 1 -x-y Eu x Pb y S, wherein 0.0005 ≤ x ≤ 0.01 and 0.001 ≤ y ≤ 0.05. According to the present invention, the red phosphor has improved reliability and luminous efficiency and thus be used to obtain a light emitting device with more excellent color reproducibility and optical characteristic.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un luminophore rouge, un procédé de fabrication de ce luminophore rouge, et une diode électroluminescente utilisant ce luminophore rouge. En l'occurrence, la formule chimique en est (Ca5Sr)1-x-yEuxPbyS avec 0,0005≤x≤0,01 et 0,001≤y≤0,05. Le luminophore rouge de l'invention présente une meilleure fiabilité pour un meilleur rendement lumineux, ce qui fait qu'il se prête particulièrement à la fabrication de dispositifs électroluminescents aux remarquables caractéristiques optiques et de reproduction des couleurs.
