(EN)The invention relates to a method for the preparation of stable suspensions of metal oxide nanopareticles, in which uncharged metal oxide nanoparticles are first treated with a non-ionic surfactant in a polar organic solvent under certain conditions, and the suspension obtained is then treated with a charging solution. The suspensions of the invention can be used for preparation of high quality metal oxide films by electrophoresis deposition (EPD).
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de suspensions stables de nanoparticules d'oxyde métallique, dans lequel des nanoparticules d'oxyde métallique non chargées sont tout d'abord traitées à l'aide d'un tensioactif non ionique dans un solvant organique polaire dans certaines conditions, et la suspension obtenue est ensuite traitée à l'aide d'une solution de charge. Les suspensions de l'invention peuvent être utilisées pour la préparation de films d'oxyde métallique de haute qualité par dépôt par électrophorèse (DEP).
