(EN)Methods and apparatus for noninvasively estimating a blood pressure are provided. A pulmonic (P) component extracted from a second heart sound (S2) signal is analyzed to obtain a number of oscillations in the P component. A predetermined relationship between the number of oscillations and PAP is used to generate a blood pressure estimate. A PCG sensor including a mechanical filter for receiving heart sounds from a chest wall is also provided. The pressure of the PCG sensor on the chest wall is adjustable.
(FR)L'invention concerne des procédés et un dispositif d'estimation non invasive de la pression artérielle. Une composante pulmonaire (P) extraite d'un second signal de bruit cardiaque (S2) signal est analysée pour obtenir un certain nombre d'oscillations dans la composante P. Une relation prédéterminée entre le nombre d'oscillations et la pression artérielle pulmonaire (PAP) est utilisée pour établir une estimation de la pression artérielle. Par ailleurs, l'invention concerne un capteur de phonocardiogramme (PCG) équipé d'un filtre mécanique pour recevoir les bruits cardiaques de la paroi de la cage thoracique.
