(EN)The invention relates to a method for transmitting an identification request electromagnetic signal generated by means of an antenna (11 14) connected to a central unit (15) mounted on a vehicle (1), to an electronic unit (6-9) mounted on a wheel (2-5) of the vehicle. This transmission method consists of successively emitting, after starting the vehicle (1), a number of identical identification request signals (S1..., Si, Si+1,...) and is characterized in that, after each emission at an time Ti of a signal Si, the speed of displacement V of the vehicle (1) is measured, the time Tr of a complete rotation of the wheel (2-5) for this speed V is calculated, and the following signal Si+1 is activated at time Ti+1 such that Ti+1 = Ti + nTr + T? with n being an integer > 1 and 0 < T? < Tr.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de transmission d'un signal électromagnétique de requête d'identification généré au moyen d'une antenne (11 -14) connectée à une unité centrale (15) montée sur un véhicule (1), à destination d'un boîtier électronique (6-9) monté sur une roue (2-5) du dit véhicule. Ce procédé de transmission consiste à émettre successivement, après démarrage du véhicule (1 ), une pluralité de signaux identiques (S1... , Si, Si+1 ,...) de requête d'identification, et se caractérise en ce que, après chaque émission à un instant Ti d'un signal Si, on mesure la vitesse de déplacement V du véhicule (1 ), on calcule le temps Tr d'une rotation complète de la roue (2-5) pour la dite vitesse V, et on déclenche le signal suivant Si+1 à un instant Ti+1 tel que : Ti+1 = Ti + nTr + T&thetas; avec n entier > 1 et 0 < T&thetas; < Tr.
