Abstract:

Disclosed is a method for producing a solid electrolyte sheet for solid oxide fuel cells. This method is characterized by comprising a step for obtaining a large-sized thin zirconia green sheet by molding and drying a slurry containing zirconia particles, a binder, a plasticizer and a dispersion medium; a step for pressing the zirconia green sheet in the thickness direction with a pressure of not less than 10 MPa and not more than 40 MPa; a step for firing the thus-pressed zirconia green sheet at 1200-1500˚C; and a step for cooling the fired sheet while controlling so that the time period when the temperature is within the range from 500˚C to 200˚C is not less than 100 minutes and not more than 400 minutes.

La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à produire une feuille à électrolyte solide pour des piles à combustible à oxyde solide. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce qu’il comprend une étape de formation d’une mince et large feuille verte de zircone par moulage et séchage d’une pâte contenant des particules de zircone, un liant, un plastifiant et un agent dispersant, une étape de pressage de la feuille verte de zircone dans le sens d’épaisseur à une pression comprise entre 10 MPa et 40 Mpa, une étape de cuisson de la feuille verte de zircone ainsi pressée à une température de 1200-1500 °C, et une étape de refroidissement de la feuille cuite avec un contrôle visant à assurer que la période pendant laquelle la température se trouve entre 500 °C et 200 °C a bien une durée comprise entre 100 et 400 minutes.
