(EN)A multi-mode wireless base station and up-level device, multi-mode wireless system, handover method and access method, the system mainly includes: multi-mode wireless base station up-level device, which is used to delivery wireless subscriber signal between multi-mode wireless base station in base-standby means or load share means by wireless channel or wire line, and delivery the handover data transported from the source multi-mode wireless base station by wireless channel or wire line to the object multi-mode wireless base station by direct bypass via the bypass switch, or to the object multi-mode wireless base station by handover process via the handover process unit; multi-mode wireless base station, which is used to access each of multi-mode wireless subscriber, locally switch each of multi-mode wireless subscriber signal in the same cell, and delivery the wireless subscriber signal or the cell handover data between multi-mode wireless base station up-level device (e.g. multi-mode wireless base station controller) in base-standby means or load share means by wireless channel or wire line. So the rapid cell handover between base stations can be performed by the present invention and cell handover delay is decreased.
