Abstract:
(EN) Polysilicon is formed by pyrolytic decomposition of a silicon-bearing gas and deposition of silicon onto fluidized silicon particles. Multiple submerged spout fluidized bed reactors (10) and reactors having secondary orifices (20) are disclosed.
(FR) L'invention concerne la formation de silicium polycristallin, par la décomposition pyrolytique d'un gaz contenant du silicium et le dépôt de silicium sur des particules de silicium fluidisées. L'invention concerne des réacteurs (10) à lit fluidisé avec giclage multiple sous-jacent, et des réacteurs comportant des orifices secondaires (20).
