(FR) STRUCTURE FLOTTANTE CONSTITUÉE D’UNE PLURALITÉ D’ÉLÉMENTS AUTO-FLOTTANTS ASSEMBLÉS ET PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION DE LADITE STRUCTURE FLOTTANTE
Abstract:
(EN) Floating structure (1) consisting of a number of assembled self floating elements (2, 3), preferably of steel. Each floating element (2, 3) in its lower area for assembling with another element (2, 3) is provided with a double bottom (5) and double sidewalls (7) extending a distance inwards the element (2, 3). Pipe channels (17) are provided in parallel and with mutual distance within the cavity (9) of the double bottom and the sidewalls and extending from the inner termination surface (10) of the cavity and perpendicular to its outer termination (11) i.e. coupling surface with another element. The cavity (9) within the double bottom and the sidewalls and outside the pipe channels (17) is filled with a material tolerating pressure, preferably concrete (20). Tension cables or bolts et (21) are provided within the pipe channel (17) and extending from the inner termination surface (10) of the element to corresponding internal termination surface (10) of the second element whereby the pipe channels (17) after assembling and tensioning of tension cables etc. (21) are filled with injected concrete (23).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure flottante (1) constituée d’une pluralité d’éléments auto-flottants assemblés (2, 3), de préférence en acier. Chaque élément flottant (2, 3) est doté, dans sa partie inférieure d’assemblage avec un autre élément (2, 3), d’un double fond (5) et de parois latérales doubles (7) s’étendant sur une distance vers l’intérieur de l’élément (2, 3). Des canaux de conduite (17) sont prévus en parallèle et à distance mutuelle à l’intérieur de la cavité (9) du double fond et des parois latérales et s’étendent depuis la surface de terminaison intérieure (10) de la cavité et sont perpendiculaires à sa terminaison extérieure (11), c’est-à-dire la surface d’accouplement avec un autre élément. La cavité (9) à l’intérieur du double fond et des parois latérales et à l’extérieur des canaux de conduite (17) est remplie d’un matériau supportant de la pression, de préférence, du béton (20). Des câbles ou boulons de tension (21) équipent le canal de conduite (17) et s’étendent depuis la surface de terminaison intérieure (10) de l’élément jusqu’à la surface de terminaison intérieure correspondante (10) du second élément moyennant quoi les canaux de conduite (17) après assemblage et tensionnage des câbles de tension etc. (21) sont remplis de béton injecté (23).
