Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the industry involved in the manufacture of accessories for microwave ovens that are used to defrost foods which behave differently when subjected to microwaves. The invention is also suitable for use in the packaging industry for frozen food products. The invention is advantageous over existing trays in that it enables raw ingredients to be defrosted without being cooked and cooked products to be defrosted without the consistency thereof being altered, using a faster defrosting operation. In addition, the tray is easy to manufacture and is equipped with a cover that can be easily removed from the rest of the package without contaminating the product, with no type of adhesive being used. In this way, sushi rolls can be easily picked up with Japanese chopsticks. Moreover, the heat that is generated owing to microwave exposure during defrosting can travel from one compartment of the tray to another. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a lower base, known as the tray, and a cover which is heat-sealed along the periphery at the points at which the two elements meet, both of said elements being made from a material with low absorption of microwave-generated heat, specifically materials made from polyester resin such as CPET (tray) and film (cover).
(ES) La presente invención esta relacionada con el área industrial de la manufactura de accesorios para hornos de microondas para la descongelación de alimentos de comportamientos diferentes frente a la incidencia de microondas. Por otro lado, esta invención podría también estar aplicada en la industria de empaques para productos alimenticios congelados. Las ventajas de la presente invención con respecto de las charolas del estado de la técnica, son el de permitir la descongelación de los componentes crudos de la receta sin cocerlos y la descongelación de los cocidos sin cambiarle su consistencia; con una más rápida operación de descongelación; de fácil manufactura; cuya cubierta puede fácilmente separarse del resto del empaque sin contaminar el producto con ningún tipo de adhesivo; que permite coger fácilmente el rollo de sushi con los palitos japoneses, permitiendo el paso del calor que se pudiera generar durante la exposición a las microondas durante la descongelación, de un compartimiento a otro. La charola se caracteriza por comprender una base inferior denominada charola en si y una cubierta termo-sellada en la periferia donde coinciden éstas, siendo ambos elementos de un material de baja absorción de calor generado por las microondas, específicamente de materiales hechos de resina poliéster como es el caso del CPET (charola) y la película (cubierta).
(FR) La présente invention concerne le secteur industriel de la fabrication d'accessoires pour fours à micro-ondes pour la décongélation d'aliments aux comportements différents face à l'incidence des micro-ondes. L'invention s'applique également à l'industrie des emballages pour produits alimentaires congelés. L'avantage de l'invention par rapport aux plats de l'état de la technique, c'est qu'elle permet de décongeler les composants crus de la recette sans les cuire, et de décongeler les composants cuits sans en changer la consistance, l'opération de décongélation étant plus rapide. Le plat de l'invention est facile à fabriquer, et son couvercle peut être facilement séparé du reste de l'emballage sans contaminer le produit avec aucun type d'adhésif. Le plat de l'invention permet de prendre facilement le rouleau de sushi avec les baguettes japonaises, permettant le passage de la chaleur pouvant être générée lors de l'exposition aux micro-ondes au cours de la décongélation, d'un compartiment à un autre. Le plat se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend une base inférieure formant le plat en soi, et un couvercle thermoscellé dans la partie périphérique au niveau de laquelle viennent en contact les deux sections, toutes deux formées d'un matériau de faible absorption de la chaleur généré par les micro-ondes, en particulier de matériaux faits de résine polyester, comme pour le CPET (plat) et la pellicule (couvercle).
