Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a novel microorganism of the genus Alcaligenes, which catalyzes the regioselective hydroxylation of nitrogen-containing six-membered cyclic compounds, including nicotinic acid, pyrazine carboxylic acid and picolinic acid, as well as a method for producing a nitrogen-containing hydroxylated six-membered cyclic compound using said microorganism. The novel microorganism Alcaligenes faecalis LGNA2 according to the present invention is effective in catalyzing the regioselective hydroxylation of nitrogen-containing six-membered cyclic compounds such as nicotinic acid, pyrazine carboxylic acid and picolinic acid and has a high efficiency for converting the six-membered cyclic compounds into other compounds. Accordingly, it can be widely used in synthesizing nicotine and pyrazine derivatives in large amounts.
(FR) L’invention concerne un nouveau microorganisme du gène Alcaligenes, qui catalyse l’hydroxylation régiosélective de composés cycliques à six membres contenant de l’azote, comprenant acide nicotinique, acide carboxylique de pyrazine et acide picolinique, ainsi qu’un procédé de production d’un composé cyclique à six membres hydroxylé contenant de l’azote à l’aide dudit microorganisme. Le nouveau microorganisme Alcaligenes faecalis LGNA2 selon la présente invention est efficace dans la catalyse de l’hydroxylation régiosélective de composés cycliques à six membres contenant de l’azote, tels que l’acide nicotinique, l’acide carboxylique de pyrazine et l’acide picolinique, et présente une efficacité élevée pour la conversion de composés cycliques à six membres en d’autres composés. Conséquemment, il peut être largement utilisé dans la synthèse de dérivés de nicotine et de pyrazine en grandes quantités.
