Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed herein is a method for the preparation of a fermented liquid ginseng composition from quality guaranteed, 6-year-cultured Korean ginseng. The resultant fermented liquid ginseng composition is also disclosed. The fermented ginseng composition contains various ingredients beneficial to the body and is readily edible and highly ingestible. Thanks to remarkable therapeutic effects on circulatory diseases, tumoral diseases and chronic fatigue, the fermented ginseng composition can be useful in the pharmaceutical and medicine industries. The fermented ginseng composition can be applied to red ginseng drinks, ginseng drinks, and various functional food products based on red ginseng or ginseng.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un procédé pour la préparation d'un composition de ginseng liquide fermenté à partir de ginseng Coréen de 6 années de culture de qualité garantie. L'invention a également trait à la composition de ginseng liquide fermenté obtenue contenant divers ingrédients bénéfiques à l'organisme et facilement comestible et hautement digestible. Grâce aux effets thérapeutiques remarquables sur des maladies circulatoires, la composition peut être utile dans les industries pharmaceutique et de médicaments. La composition de ginseng fermenté peut être utilisé dans des boissons de ginseng rouge, des boissons de ginseng et divers produits alimentaires fonctionnels à base de ginseng rouge et de ginseng.
