Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of transplanting an injectable chondrocyte for autologous chondrocyte transplantation. For this purpose, the present invention provides a method of transplanting an injectable chondrocyte for autologous chondrocyte transplantation, comprising mixing matrices including fibrin, hyaluronic acid and collagen, constituting main ingredients of animal cartilage, via use of a front end mixing tip of a syringe, while injecting the resulting mixture into a damaged cartilage region. The present invention having the above-mentioned construction provides advantageous effects such as solution of inconvenience exhibited by conventional osteoperiosteal grafting, by mixing and transplanting matrices including fibrin, hyaluronic acid and collagen which are main ingredients of cartilage; treatment of a wide variety of cartilage defects and severe osteoarthritis; alleviation of burden of patients to be treated via a simplified surgical operation method; and thereby promotion of rapider and more effective cartilage generation, resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode de transplantation d'un chondrocyte injectable pour une transplantation de chondrocyte autologue. La présente invention propose à cette fin une méthode de transplantation d'un chondrocyte injectable pour une transplantation de chondrocyte autologue, consistant à mélanger des matrices contenant de la fibrine, de l'acide hyaluronique et du collagène, constituant les ingrédients principaux du cartilage animal, à l'aide de la pointe de mélange avant d'une seringue, et à injecter le mélange obtenu dans une région au cartilage endommagé. La présente invention, telle que mentionnée ci-dessus, présente des effets avantageux tels que la solution aux inconvénients présentés par une greffe ostéopériostée classique, par mélange et transplantation de matrices contenant de la fibrine, de l'acide hyaluronique et du collagène qui sont les ingrédients principaux du cartilage, le traitement d'une grande diversité de défauts de cartilage et de l'ostéoarthrite aigüe, et le soulagement des patients à traiter via une méthode d'opération chirurugicale simple, favorisant ainsi une génération plus rapide et plus efficace de cartilage, pour une plus grande satisfaction des patients.
