Abstract:
(EN) A fluid control device (10) is placed in the channel (23) of a microchip or a biochip and transports or pressure-feeds fluid in the channel. The fluid control device has optically drivable movable sections (12) and fixed section (11) for rotatably supporting the movable sections. The movable sections and the fixed sections are made of a photopolymer of photopolymerizable resin molded in the channel by stereolithography. The fixed sections are fixed to a substrate (2) or a channel wall (21) forming the channel, and the movable sections are rotatably supported at respective fixed sections. At least one movable section is rotated by remote operation of laser beam (L) irradiation, which causes, in cooperation with a proximate movable section, a variation in the volume of or deformation of the channel, and thus the fluid in the channel is transported or pressure-fed.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de régulation de fluide (10) placé dans le canal (23) d’une micropuce ou d’une biopuce et transportant ou injectant sous pression du fluide dans le canal. Le dispositif de régulation de fluide possède des sections mobiles à entraînement optique (12) et des section fixes (11) pour soutenir en rotation les sections mobiles. Les sections mobiles et les sections fixes sont constituées d’un photopolymère de résine photopolymérisable moulé dans le canal par stéréolithographie. Les sections fixes sont fixées à un substrat (2) ou une paroi de canal (21) constituant le canal, et les sections mobiles sont soutenues en rotation en des sections fixes respectives. Au moins une section mobile est mise en rotation par commande à distance avec irradiation d’un faisceau laser (L), ce qui provoque, en co-opération avec une section mobile proche, une variation du volume ou bien une déformation du canal, et de cette manière le fluide dans le canal est transporté ou injecté sous pression.
(JA) 流体制御デバイス(10)は、マイクロチップ又はバイオチップの流路(23)に配置され、流路内の流体の輸送又は圧送等を行う。流体制御デバイスは、光駆動可能な可動部(12)と、可動部を回転可能に支持する固定部(11)とを有し、可動部及び固定部は、光造形法によって流路内に造形した光重合性樹脂の光重合体からなる。複数の固定部が、流路を形成する基板(2)又は流路壁(21)に固定され、複数の可動部が、各固定部に回転可能に支承される。少なくとも一つの可動部は、レーザー光(L)の照射による遠隔操作によって回転し、近接する可動部と協働して流路の容積変化又は変形を生じさせ、流路内の流体を輸送又は圧送する。
