Abstract:
(EN) This invention provides an electronic device having excellent properties, which comprises an intermediate layer capable of smoothly conducting carrier receipt and delivery between layers, and a highly reliable electronic equipment. The electronic device comprises a laminate comprising a hole transport layer (a first organic semiconductor layer), a luminescent layer (a second organic semiconductor layer) and an intermediate layer provided between and in contact with both the layers, the laminate being inserted into between a pair of electrodes. The intermediate layer comprises, as a main material, a compound represented by general formula A1-B-A2 wherein A1 and A2 each independently represent a group containing at least one of primary to tertiary amino groups and hydroxyl, carbonyl, and carboxyl groups, provided that the presence of any of A1 and A2 suffice for contemplated results; and B represents a group containing a fluorene ring. This compound is constructed so that group A1 and group A2 are located on the hole transport layer side and group B is located on the luminescent layer side.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif électronique doté d’excellentes propriétés, qui comprend une couche intermédiaire permettant une parfaite réalisation de l’émission et la réception de porteuses entre des couches, et un appareil électronique très fiable. Le dispositif électronique comprend un stratifié formé d’une couche de transport de trous (première couche à semi-conducteur organique), une couche luminescente (seconde couche à semi-conducteur organique) et une couche intermédiaire disposée entre et en contact avec les précédentes, le stratifié étant inséré entre une paire d’électrodes. La couche intermédiaire comprend, comme matériau principal, un composé correspondant à la formule générale A1-B-A2, où A1 et A2 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe contenant au moins l’un des groupes amines primaire à tertiaire et des groupes hydroxyles, carbonyles et carboxyles, à condition que la présence de A1 et A2 suffise à obtenir les résultats prévus, et où B représente un groupe contenant un anneau de fluorène. Ce composé est formé de sorte que les groupes A1 et A2 se trouvent sur la face de couche de transport de trous et le groupe B sur la face de couche luminescente.
