Abstract:
(EN) It is possible to provide a sensor tag device capable of detecting event data by a sensor tag all the time even when no radio wave is received, saving power supply for a microprocessor, and enlarging the radio communication distance. The sensor tag device includes generation means (6, 7) using one or more environment changes, power supply voltage rise control means (8), and power supply synthesis means (9). When an event, i.e., an environment change has occurred, power is supplied to the microprocessor (12) and event data is stored in the microprocessor (12). A power reception circuit having a transmission/reception antenna, a built-in power reception circuit and a microprocessor and capable of bidirectional communication by radio waves is combined with a stab resonance RF boost circuit and a ladder boost rectification circuit.
(FR) La présente invention propose un dispositif à étiquette capteur capable de détecter en permanence, y compris lorsqu'il ne reçoit pas d'ondes radio, des données d'événement au moyen d'une étiquette capteur, ce qui permet d'économiser de l'énergie pour un microprocesseur. En outre, ce dispositif prend en charge des distances de radiocommunication plus importantes. Le dispositif à étiquette capteur comprend un élément de génération (6, 7) utilisant une ou plusieurs modifications d'environnement, un élément de commande d'élévation de la tension d'alimentation (8) et un élément de synthèse d'alimentation (9). Lorsqu'un événement, par exemple une modification de l'environnement, s'est produit, le microprocesseur (12) est alimenté en énergie et les données d'événement sont stockées dans le microprocesseur (12). Un circuit de réception d'énergie comprenant une antenne d'émission/de réception, un circuit de réception d'énergie intégré et un microprocesseur et permettant une communication bidirectionnelle par ondes radio est combiné à un circuit élévateur RF à résonance et un circuit redresseur élévateur en échelle.
(JA)  電波を受けない状態であっても常時イベントデータをセンサタグで検出することができ、しかも、マイクロプロセッサに対する電源供給を省電力とし得て、無線通信距離を拡大することができるセンサタグ装置を提供する。  1以上の環境変化を利用した発電手段6,7と電源電圧の立ち上がり制御手段8及び電源合成手段9を有し、環境の変化をイベントとし、そのイベント発生時にマイクロプロセッサ12に対して電源を供給すると同時にイベントデータをマイクロプロセッサ12に格納する。送受信アンテナと受電力回路及びマイクロプロセッサを内蔵して電波による双方向通信を可能とした受電力回路に、スタブ共振RF昇圧回路とラダー昇圧整流回路とを組み合わせたことを特徴とする。
