Abstract:
(EN) N-Acetyl-D-glucosamine can be produced by cultivating a mold capable of producing N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, such as Trichoderma hamatum strain AB10282 (FERM BP-10623) or Trichoderma harzianum strain AB10283 (FERM BP-10624), in a culture medium supplemented with a carbon source other than chitin and chitin oligosaccharide and a nitrogen source to produce and accumulate N-acetyl-D-glucosamine in the culture medium and then collecting N-acetyl-D-glucosamine from the culture medium.
(FR) La N-acétyl-D-glucosamine peut être produite selon la présente invention en cultivant une moisissure capable de produire la N-acétyle-D-glucosamine, telle qu’une souche de Trichoderma hamatum AB10282 (FERM BP-10623) ou une souche de Trichoderma harzianum AB10283 (FERM BP-10624), dans un milieu de culture complété par une source de carbone autre que la chitine et un oligosaccharide de chitine et une source d'azote de façon à produire et accumuler la N-acétyl-D-glucosamine dans le milieu de culture et puis à recueillir la N-acétyl-D-glucosamine dans le milieu de culture.
(JA) N-アセチル-D-グルコサミンの生産能を有する糸状菌、例えば、トリコデルマ ハマタム AB10282株(FERM BP-10623)あるいはトリコデルマ ハルジアナム AB10283株(FERM BP-10624)をキチン及びキチンオリゴ糖以外の炭素源および窒素源を含む培地で培養し、培地中にN-アセチル-D-グルコサミンを生産、蓄積させ、これを採取することにより、N-アセチル-D-グルコサミンを製造する。
