Abstract:
(EN) [PROBLEMS] To provide a relay device, a communication terminal, a signal decoder, a signal processing method, and a program all for realizing multi-party conversation system without increasing the processing computation cost compared to conventional communication devices and method while preventing significant deterioration of decoded sound. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A relay device comprises a receiving block (11) for receiving coded information coded for each of layers by scalable encoding and transmitted from communication terminals participating in multi-party conversation, a reconstructing block (15) for creating control information used for combining the received coded information for each layer, and an integrating/transmitting block (16) for integrating the received coded information by scalably combining the information for each layer according to the created control information and transmitting the integrated coded information.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif relais, un terminal de communication, un décodeur de signal, une méthode et un programme de traitement de signal, tous pour réaliser un système de conversation multipartie sans augmenter le coût du calcul de traitement par comparaison avec des dispositifs et des méthodes de conversation conventionnels et tout en empêchant une dégradation significative du son décodé. Le dispositif relais comprend un bloc de réception (11) pour recevoir des informations codées en fonction de chaque couche par codage dimensionnable et transmises par des terminaux de communication participant à une conversation multipartie, un bloc de reconstruction (15) pour créer les informations de contrôle utilisées pour combiner les informations codées reçues pour chaque couche, et un bloc d’intégration/transmission (16) pour intégrer les informations codées reçues en combinant de façon dimensionnable les informations de chaque couche selon les informations de contrôle créées et transmettre les informations codées intégrées.
(JA)  【課題】 従来の通信装置、通信方法等よりも、処理における計算コストを増大させることなく、復号化音声の大きな劣化を防ぐ多者通話システムを実現することが可能な中継装置、通信端末装置、信号復号化装置、信号処理方法およびプログラムを提供すること。  【解決手段】 多者通話に参加している複数の通信端末装置から送信され、スケーラブル符号化によって複数のレイヤ毎に符号化された符号化情報を受信する受信部11と、受信部11が各通信端末装置から受信した符号化情報をレイヤ単位で組み合わせるための制御情報を作成する再構成処理部15と、再構成処理部15が作成した制御情報に基づいて、受信部11が各通信端末装置から受信した符号化情報を、スケーラブルにレイヤ単位で組み合わせて統合すると共に、統合した符号化情報を送信する統合送信部16とを備える。
