Abstract:
(EN) An actuator where the dimensions of an actuator installation section are reduced as much as possible to construct the device compact and mechanical rigidity (servo rigidity) of the actuator is enhanced. To achieve this, the actuator has a hydraulic cylinder and a trunnion universal joint. The trunnion universal joint has an installation shaft, a holding member, and a support member. The holding member is provided on the installation shaft so as to be rotatable about the shaft and projects in the direction of the axis of the installation shaft. The support member is supported in a space of the holding member so as to be swingable in the direction perpendicular to the direction of rotation of the holding member and supports the hydraulic cylinder.
(FR) Cette invention se rapporte à un actionneur dont les dimensions de la section d’installation sont réduites au maximum pour construire la rigidité compacte et mécanique (servo rigidité) de l’actionneur ainsi optimisé. A cet égard, l’actionneur est pourvu d’un cylindre hydraulique et d’un joint universel de tourillon. Le joint universel de tourillon comprend un arbre d’installation, un élément de maintien et un élément de support. L’élément de maintien est placé sur l’arbre d’installation de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour de celui-ci et dépasse en direction de l’axe de l’arbre d’installation. L’élément de supportt est soutenu dans un espace de l’élément de maintiensoutien de façon à pouvoir osciller perpendiculairement par rapport au sens de rotation de l’élément de maintien et supporte le cylindre hydraulique.
(JA)  アクチュエータの取り付け部の寸法を可能な限り小さくして、装置全体をコンパクトに構成するとともに、アクチュエータの機械剛性(サーボ剛性)を高める。そのために、アクチュエータは油圧シリンダとトラニオン方式ユニバーサルジョイントとを備える。トラニオン方式ユニバーサルジョイントは取付軸と、取付軸上に取付軸の軸芯を回転中心として回転可能に配設され取付軸の軸芯方向に突出する挟持部材と、挟持部材間に挟持部材の回転方向に対して直交する方向に回動可能に軸支され油圧シリンダを保持する保持部材とにより構成される。
