Abstract:
(EN) There is provided a vehicle steering device capable of executing a steer-by-wire (SBW) mode for steering wheels by a steering mechanism arranged with mechanical disconnection from a steering device. The vehicle steering device includes: a coupling mechanism capable of making a mechanical connection between the steering device and a steering shift mechanism; and an SBW control unit for controlling the steering shift mechanism in the SBW mode according to the operation amount of the steering device and sets the coupling mechanism in the connected state to switch to the SBW backup mode when the SBW mode cannot be executed. The coupling mechanism is in a disconnected state during electric connection and in a connected state during electric disconnection. The SBW control unit checks whether the SBW can be executed upon engine start and checks whether the SBW mode can be continued during engine operation on a steady basis. With this configuration, it is possible to surely activate the SBW backup system when the system has failed.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de direction de véhicule capable d’exécuter un mode de direction à commande par câble (SBW) pour diriger les roues grâce à un mécanisme de direction déconnecté mécaniquement d’un dispositif de direction. Le dispositif de direction de véhicule comprend : un mécanisme d’accouplement capable d’assurer une connexion mécanique entre le dispositif de direction et un mécanisme de changement de direction ; et une unité de commande SBW permettant de commander le mécanisme de changement de direction en mode SBW selon le degré de fonctionnement du dispositif de direction et mettant le mécanisme d’accouplement en mode connecté afin de passer au mode d’appoint SBW lorsque le mode SBW est impossible à exécuter. Le mécanisme d’accouplement est en mode déconnecté pendant la connexion électrique et en mode connecté pendant la déconnexion électrique. L’unité de commande SBW vérifie si oui ou non le mode SBW peut être exécuté au démarrage du moteur et vérifie si oui ou non le mode SBW peut être poursuivi pendant le fonctionnement du moteur de manière constante. Cette configuration permet d’activer de manière sûre le système d’appoint SBW en cas de panne du système.
(JA)  操舵デバイスとの機械的連結を切り離して設けられた転舵機構によって車輪を転舵するステアバイワイヤ(SBW)モードを実行可能な車両用操舵装置である。操舵デバイスと転舵機構との間を機械的に接続できる連結機構と、SBWモード時に操舵デバイスの操作量に基づいて転舵機構を制御し、SBWモードを実行不可時に連結機構を接続状態にしてSBWバックアップモードに切り換えるSBW制御部とを備える。連結機構は通電時に切断状態、非通電時に接続状態となる。SBW制御部は、エンジン始動時にSBWモードを実行できるかチェックすると共にエンジン作動中にSBWモードを継続できるかを常時チェックする。このようにすることで、システム故障時等にSBWバックアップシステムを確実に作動させることができる。
