Abstract:
(EN) [PROBLEMS] An installation structure for a swash plate support base, in which play of the swash plate support base are suppressed and the support base can be easily installed in and removed from a casing. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A casing (26) of a piston pump (20) and a swash plate support base (60) that is installable in the casing (26) have a displacement prevention means (77) and a pivoting prevention means (78). When an engagement claw (72) of and an engagement section (63) of the displacement prevention means (77) engage with each other, the swash plate support base (60) and the casing (26) are prevented from being displaced in one direction X1 of an rotation axis L20 and the other direction X2. Also, when a pin member (67) of and a pin fitting hole (73) of the pivoting prevention means (78) are engaged with each other, the swash plate support base (60) and the casing (26) are prevented from pivoting about the rotation axis L20.
(FR) Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention consiste à obtenir une structure d’installation pour une base de support de plateau oscillant, dans laquelle le jeu de la base de support du plateau oscillant estsupprimé et la base de support peut être facilement installée et retirée d’un boîtier. La solution proposée consiste à produire un boîtier (26) de pompe à piston (20) et une base de support de plateau oscillant (60) qu’il est possible d’installer dans le boîtier (26) en tant que moyen de prévention du déplacement (77) et de rotation (78). Lorsqu’une pince d’engagement (72) et une section d’engagement (63) du moyen de prévention du déplacement (77) s’engagent l’une dans l’autre, la base de support du plateau oscillant (60) et le boîtier (26) ne peuvent pas se déplacer dans une direction X1 selon un axe de rotation L20 ni dans l’autre direction X2. En outre, lorsqu’une goupille (67) et un orifice de logement de goupille (73) du moyen de prévention de rotation (78) sont engagés l’un dans l’autre, la base de support du plateau oscillant (60) et le boîtier (26) ne peuvent pas pivoter autour de l’axe de rotation L20.
(JA) 【課題】斜板支持台のがたつきを抑制し、斜板支持台をケーシングに着脱することが容易な斜板支持台の装着構造を提供する。 【解決手段】ピストンポンプ20のケーシング26およびケーシング26に装着可能な斜板支持台60は、変位阻止手段77および回動阻止手段78を備える。斜板支持台60およびケーシング26は、変位阻止手段77の係合爪部72と係合片63とが相互に係合することによって、回転軸線L20方向一方X1および他方X2の相対変位が阻止され、回動阻止手段78のピン部材67およびピン嵌合孔部73が相互に嵌合することによって、回転軸線L20まわりの相対的な回動が阻止される。
