Abstract:
(EN) This invention provides a process for producing a bearing device for a wheel that can improve strength and fatigue strength by the refinement of the structure and the increase in hardness and can suppress a lowering in productivity by an increase in step. The production process is a process for producing a bearing device for a wheel, comprising an inward member (1) and an outward member (2) which are mutually rotatable through a plurality of rows of rolling elements (3), a component of any of the inward member (1) and the outward member (2), for example, a hub (14), being a hot forged product of a steel product. A part of the component such as the hub (14) is cooled by showering a coolant or controlling the cooling rate and temperature during or at the end of the hot forging step of the component such as the hub (14), whereby a structure comprising a standard structure in the matrix part and a non-standard structure part (30) on its surface is formed in the component. The non-standard structure is any one of a fine ferrite-pearlite structure, a upper bainite structure, a lower bainite structure, and a tempered martensite structure, or a mixed structure composed of two or more of these structures.
(FR) L’objet de cette invention est de fournir un procédé de production de palier pour roue capable d’améliorer la puissance et la résistance à la fatigue par le raffinement de la structure et par l’augmentation de sa dureté et capable d’éviter la baisse de productivité en augmentant le nombre de crans. Le procédé de production est un procédé de production de palier de roue, comprenant un membre interne (1) et un membre externe (2) pivotant mutuellement à travers plusieurs rangées d’éléments roulants (3), un composant de l’un des membres internes (1) et le membre externe (2), par exemple, un moyeu (14), étant un produit forgé à chaud à partir d’acier. Une partie du composant, par exemple le moyeu (14), est refroidie en aspergeant un liquide de refroidissement ou en contrôlant la vitesse de refroidissement et la température pendant ou à la fin de l’étape de forgeage à chaud du composant, par exemple, le moyeu (14), pendant laquelle une structure comprenant une structure standard dans la pièce matrice et une pièce à structure non standard (30) sur sa surface est formée dans le composant. La structure non standard est produite à partir d’une structure de ferrite-perlite fine, d’une structure de baïnite supérieure, d’une structure de baïnite inférieure, d’une structure de martensite revenue ou à partir d’une structure mixte composée de deux ou plus de ces structures.
(JA)  組織微細化や硬度アップによって、強度や疲れ強さを向上させることができ、かつ工程増による生産性の低下が抑えられる車輪用軸受装置の製造方法を提供する。複列の転動体3を介して互いに回転自在な内方部材1および外方部材2を有し、前記内方部材1および外方部材2を構成するいずれかの部品、例えばハブ14が鋼材の熱間鍛造品である車輪用軸受装置を製造する方法である。前記ハブ14等の部品の熱間鍛造工程の途中または最後に、冷媒を浴びせるか冷却速度と温度を制御することで、ハブ14等の部品の一部を冷却することにより、前記部品の母材部分は標準組織として、表面に非標準組織の部分30を得る。非標準組織は、微細フェライト・パーライト組織、上部ベイナイト組織、下部ベイナイト組織、焼戻マルテンサイト組織のうちのいずれか、もしくは少なくともこれらの組織のうちの2種類以上の混合組織とする。
