Abstract:
(EN) A bearing device for a wheel enabling an increase in the strength and the fatigue strength of its flange for mounting the wheel or its flange for mounting a vehicle body against high stress and repeated stress and the suppression of the lowering of productivity due to the increase of the number of steps. The bearing device for the wheel is applicable to a bearing device for a wheel comprising an inner member (1) and an outer member (2) rotatable relative to each other through multiple rows of rolling elements (3). A flange (17) for mounting the wheel is formed on a part forming the overall or a part of the inner member (1) or the outer member (2), for example, a hub (14). The part such as the hub (14) having the flange (17) for mounting the wheel is manufactured by hot-forging a steel material. The part is so formed that its base metal portion is formed in a standard structure and the portion (30) of a non-standard structure is formed on the surface of the flange (17) for mounting the wheel. The non-standard structure is formed of either of a micro ferrite/perlite structure, an upper bainite structure, a lower bainite structure, and a tempered martensite structure, or the mixed structure of at least two or more of these structures. The portion (30) of the non-standard structure may be formed on the flange (12) for mounting the vehicle body of the outer member (2).
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de palier pour roue permettant d’accroître la puissance et la résistance à la fatigue de son rebord pour le montage de la roue ou de son rebord pour le montage de la structure d’un véhicule soumis à une tension élevée et une tension répétée et permettant d’éviter une baisse de productivité résultant de l’augmentation du nombre de crans. Ce dispositif de palier pour roue est applicable à un dispositif de palier pour roue comprenant un membre interne (1) et un membre externe (2) pivotant l’un par rapport à l’autre à travers plusieurs rangées d’éléments roulants (3). Un rebord (17) pour le montage de la roue est formé sur une pièce formant la globalité ou une partie du membre interne (1) ou du membre externe (2), par exemple, un moyeu (14). La pièce, par exemple le moyeu (14) pourvu du rebord (17) pour le montage de la roue, est forgée à chaud en acier. La pièce est formée de manière à ce que sa partie métallique de base forme une structure standard et la partie (30) de structure non standard est formée sur la surface du rebord (17) pour le montage de la roue. La structure non standard est formée à partir d’une structure de micro ferrite/perlite, d’une structure de baïnite supérieure, d’une structure de baïnite inférieure, d’une structure de martensite revenue ou à partir de la structure mixte d’au moins deux ou plus de ces structures. La partie (30) de la structure non standard peut être formée sur le rebord (12) pour le montage de la structure du véhicule du membre externe (2).
(JA)  高応力や繰り返し応力に対して、車輪取付用フランジまたは車体取付用フランジの強度や疲れ強さを向上させることができ、かつ工程増による生産性の低下が抑えられる車輪用軸受装置を提供する。この車輪用軸受装置は、複列の転動体3を介して互いに回転自在な内方部材1および外方部材2を有し、これら内方部材1または外方部材2の全体または一部を構成する部品、例えばハブ14に、車輪取付用フランジ17を有する車輪用軸受装置に適用される。車輪取付用フランジ17を有するハブ14等の部品は鋼材の熱間鍛造品である。この部品は、母材部分が標準組織であって、車輪取付用フランジ17の表面に非標準組織の部分30を有する。非標準組織は、微細フェライト・パーライト組織、上部ベイナイト組織、下部ベイナイト組織、焼戻マルテンサイト組織のうちのいずれか、もしくは少なくともこれらの組織のうちの2種類以上の混合組織とする。外方部材2の車体取付用フランジ12に、非標準組織の部分30を設けても良い。
