Abstract:
(EN) A liquid crystal dripping device and a liquid crystal dripping method using such device in which a plurality of liquid crystal panels of different size can be taken out easily in order to enhance effective utilization of a mother glass. The liquid crystal dripping device (1) comprising a substrate stage (3) for supporting a substrate (2), liquid crystal drippers (4, 5) for dripping liquid crystal onto the substrate (2) supported on the substrate stage (3), a first moving unit (6) for supporting the liquid crystal drippers (4, 5) movably in the Y direction (drip moving direction) relative to the substrate stage (3), and second moving units (7, 8) for supporting the liquid crystal drippers (4, 5) movably in the X direction (intersecting the drip moving direction perpendicularly) relative to the first moving unit (6). The liquid crystal dripping device (1) is further provided with a third moving unit (9) for supporting the liquid crystal dripper (5) movably in the Y direction (drip moving direction) relative to the second moving unit (8).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de goutte-à-goutte de cristal liquide et un procédé utilisant un tel dispositif dans lequel une pluralité de panneaux de cristaux liquides de différentes tailles peut être prise facilement dans le but d’améliorer l’utilisation efficace d’un verre mère. L’invention concerne ledit dispositif (1) comprenant un étage de substrat (3) destiné à soutenir un substrat (2), des distributeurs de gouttes de cristal liquide (4, 5) destinés à faire tomber goutte-à-goutte un cristal liquide sur le substrat (2) soutenu par l’étage de substrat (3), une première unité mobile (6) destinée à soutenir lesdits distributeurs de gouttes (4, 5) de manière mobile dans la direction Y (direction de mouvement du goutte-à-goutte) par rapport à l’étage de substrat (3) et des deuxièmes unités mobiles (7, 8) destinées à soutenir les distributeurs de gouttes de cristal liquide (4, 5) de manière mobile dans la direction X (coupant perpendiculairement la direction de mouvement du goutte-à-goutte) par rapport à la première unité mobile (6). Ledit dispositif (1) est en outre équipé d’une troisième unité mobile (9) destinée à soutenir le distributeur de gouttes de cristal liquide (5) de manière mobile dans la direction Y (direction de mouvement du goutte-à-goutte) par rapport à la deuxième unité mobile (8).
