Abstract:
(EN) A novel polypeptide of the invention contains a peptide unit having an amino acid sequence represented by the following formula (1) and a peptide unit having an amino acid sequence represented by the following formula (2). -Pro-X-Gly- (1) -Y-Z-Gly- (2) (In the formulae, X and Z are the same or different and represent Pro or Hyp and Y represents an amino acid residue having a carboxyl group (such as Asp, Glu or Gla). The ratio (molar ratio) of the peptide unit (1) to the peptide unit (2) is around 99/1 to 1/99. On the polypeptide, an apatite may be carried. The polypeptide does not have a risk of pathogenic infection or undesired side effects and is useful in a biomaterial or biocompatible material with high safety for such as the supplement, repair or regeneration of a biological hard tissue and is also useful as a cosmetic ingredient, a food additive or the like.
(FR) Un nouveau polypeptide de l'invention contient une unité peptidique ayant une séquence d'acides aminés représentée par la formule (1) suivante et une unité peptidique ayant une séquence d'acides aminés représentée par la formule (2) suivante. -Pro-X-Gly- (1) -Y-Z-Gly- (2) (Dans les formules, X et Z sont identiques ou différents et représentent Pro ou Hyp et Y représente un résidu d'acide aminé ayant un groupe carboxyle (tel que Asp, Glu ou Gla). La proportion (rapport molaire) de l'unité peptidique (1) par rapport à l'unité peptidique (2) est autour de 99/1 à 1/99. Le polypeptide peut servir de support pour de l'apatite. Le polypeptide ne présente pas de risque d'infection pathogène ou d'effets secondaires indésirables et il est utilisé dans un biomatériau ou un matériau biocompatible avec une innocuité élevée pour une application telle que l'ajout en complément, la réparation ou la régénération d'un tissu biologique dur et il est également utile comme ingrédient de produit cosmétique, additif alimentaire ou similaire.
(JA)  本発明の新規なポリペプチドは、下記式(1)で表されるアミノ酸配列を有するペプチドユニットと、下記式(2)で表されるアミノ酸配列を有するペプチドユニットとを含有する。 -Pro-X-Gly-  (1)   Y-Z-Gly-  (2) (式中、X及びZは同一又は異なってPro又はHypを示し、Yはカルボキシル基を有するアミノ酸残基(Asp、Glu、Glaなど)を示す)  前記ペプチドユニット(1)とペプチドユニット(2)との割合(モル比)は、(1)/(2)=99/1~1/99程度である。前記ポリペプチドには、アパタイト類を担持してもよい。前記ポリペプチドは、病原体感染の危険性や好ましくない副作用がなく、安全性の高い生体材料又は生体適合材料、例えば、生体硬組織の補てん、修復、再生に有用であるとともに、化粧料原料、食品添加剤などとしても有用である。
