Abstract:
(EN) A calender device (50) for topping a rubber to a large number of aligned cords (C) capable of reducing time and labor for fitting the cords (C) into the grooves of a grooved press roll (55) and a comb roll (56) for alignment. In the aligning operation, first the large number of cords (C) are fitted into the grooves of the comb roll (56) for alignment on the upper surface side of the comb roll, and then the press roll (55) is displaced from a wait position (P1) in proximity to a topping roll (51b) to an alignment transfer position (P2) so as to be positioned on the level of the upper surface of the comb roll (56). Since the aligned state of the cords (C) fitted into the grooves (56a) of the comb roll (56) is transferred to the press roll (55), the cords (C) are fitted to the grooves (55a) of the press roll (55), and the press roll (55) is displaced to the wait position (P1) while keeping the fitted state and set in the aligned state.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de calandre (50) pour placer un revêtement de caoutchouc sur un grand nombre de cordons alignés (C) capable de réduire le temps et la main d’œuvre pour placer les cordons (C) dans les rainures d’un rouleau de presse rainuré (55) et un cylindre à pointes (56) pour alignement. Dans l’opération d’alignement, dans un premier temps, tous les cordons (C) sont placés dans les rainures du cylindre à pointes (56) pour alignement sur le côté de surface supérieur du cylindre à pointes, et ensuite le rouleau de presse (55) est déplacé d’une position d’attente (P1) à proximité d’un rouleau de revêtement (51b) vers une position de transfert d’alignement (P2) de façon à être positionné au niveau de la surface supérieure du cylindre à pointes (56). Du fait que l’état aligné des cordons (C) placés dans les rainures (56a) du cylindre à pointes (56) est transféré au rouleau de presse (55), les cordons (C) sont placés dans les rainures (55a) du rouleau de presse (55), et le rouleau de presse (55) est déplacé vers la position d’attente (P1) tout en maintenant l’état adapté et défini dans l’état aligné.
(JA)  本発明は、多数本の整列したコード(C)にゴムをトッピングするカレンダー装置(50)において、各コード(C)を溝付きのプレスロール(55)とコムロール(56)の溝に嵌め入れ整列する作業の時間短縮、労力削減を図るもので、整列作業の際、先ず、コムロール(56)の上面側において該ロールの溝(56a)に多数本のコード(C)を嵌め入れて整列させ、次に、プレスロール(55)をトッピングロール(51b)に近接する待機位置(P1)から整列転写位置(P2)に変位させて前記コムロール(56)の上面側に対接させることにより、コムロール(56)の溝(56a)に嵌め込まれているコード(C)の整列状態をそのままプレスロール(55)に転写し、各コード(C)をプレスロール(55)の溝(55a)に嵌め入れ、この嵌め入れ状態を保持したままプレスロール(55)を前記待機位置(P1)に変位させ、整列状態にセットする。
