CLAIMS
1. A cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical composition comprising, in a dermatologically acceptable carrier, an association of:
a) at least a cholesterol-like molecule,
b) at least a xanthic base, and
c) at least an inhibitor of the de novo synthesis of triglycerides from the glucose in adipocytes.

2. A cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein said composition contains an association of:
a) at least a cholesterol-like molecule, as agent inhibiting the activity of HMGCoA synthase and HMGCoA reductase enzymes and LDL, VLDL lipoproteins receptors,
b) at least a xanthic base, as agent inducing, stimulating or increasing glycerol released by adipocytes and,
c) at least an inhibitor of the de novo synthesis of triglycerides from the glucose in adipocytes, capable to limit, block or inhibit ATP-citrate lyase activity in adipocytes.
3. Composition according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein said cholesterol-like molecule can be chosen among saponin or sapogenin and their derivatives, preferably nitogenin.
4. Composition according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein said composition comprises preferably at least a xanthic base chosen among xanthine, methyl xanthines, caffeine, theobromine, aminophylline, theophylline and their derivatives, preferably caffeine and/or theobromine.
5. Composition according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein said inhibitor of the de novo synthesis of triglycerides is hydroxycitate.
6. Composition according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein:
a) cholesterol-like molecule is obtained from any source of supply, in particular by chemical synthesis, or by vegetable extraction, preferably by vegetable extraction of Yam, a) xanthic base is obtained from any source of supply, in particular by chemical synthesis, or by vegetable extraction, preferably by vegetable extraction of tea, coffee, cacao, guarana, Yerba Mate, Cola, preferably by vegetable extraction of Yerba Mate,
b) inhibitor of the de novo synthesis of triglycerides is obtained from any source of supply, in particular by chemical synthesis, or by vegetable extraction, preferably by vegetable extraction Garcinia Cambogia or Hibiscus cannabinus vulgaris L, preferably by vegetable extraction of Garcinia Cambogia.
7. Composition according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein said composition comprises an association of:
a) a vegetable extract of Yam, b) a vegetable extract ofYerba mate and
c) a vegetable extract of Garcinia Cambogia.
8. Composition according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein:
a) cholesterol-like molecule can vary about 0.0001% w/w to about 20% w/w, preferably from about 0.001 % w/w to 1% w/w by weight of the composition.
b) xanthic base can vary about 0.000001% w/w to about 20% w/w, preferably from about 0.00001 % w/w to 2% w/w by weight of the composition.
c) inhibitor of the de novo synthesis of triglycerides from the glucose in adipocytes can vary about 0.0001% w/w to about 20% w/w, preferably from about 0.001 % w/w to 1% w/w by weight of the composition.
9. Composition according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein said composition comprises Val-Trp dipeptide, its derivatives or their mixture.
10. Composition according to claim 9, wherein Val-Trep dipeptide is present in an amount between about 0.00001% w/w and about 50% w/w, preferably from about 0.0001 % w/w to about 1 % w/w by weight of the composition.

Composition according to any of claims 1 to 10, wherein said composition comprises at least one additional ingredient selected from the following: skin soothing and healing agents, skin anti-aging agents, skin moisturizing agents, anti-wrinkle agents, anti-atrophy agents, skin smoothing agents, antibacterial agents, antifungal agents, pesticides, anti parasitic agents, antimicrobial agents, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-pruriginous agents, external anaesthetic agents, antiviral agents, keratolytic agents, free radicals scavengers, antiseborrheic agents, antidandruff agents, the agents modulating the differentiation, proliferation or pigmentation of the skin and agents accelerating penetration, desquamating agents, depigmenting or propigmenting agents, antiglycation agents, tightening agents, agents stimulating the synthesis of dermal or epidermal macromolecules and/or preventing their degradation; agents stimulating the proliferation of fibroblasts and/or keratinocytes or stimulating the differentiation of keratinocytes; muscle relaxants; antipollution and/or anti-free radical agents; slimming agents, anticellulite agents, agents acting on the microcirculation; agents acting on the energy metabolism of the cells; cleaning agents, hair conditioning agents, hair styling agents, hair growth promoters, sunscreen and/or sunblock compounds, make-up agents, detergents, pharmaceutical drugs, emulsifiers, emollients, antiseptic agents, deodorant actives, dermatologically acceptable carriers, surfactants, abrasives, absorbents, aesthetic components such as fragrances, colorings/colorants, essential oils, skin sensates, cosmetic astringents, anti-acne agents, anti-caking agents, anti foaming agents, antioxidants, binders, biological additives, enzymes, enzymatic inhibitors, enzyme-inducing agents, coenzymes, plant extracts, plant derivatives, plant tissue extracts, plant seed extracts, plant oils, botanicals, botanical extracts, ceramides, peptides, buffering agents, bulking agents, chelating agents, chemical additives, colorants, cosmetic biocides, denaturants, drug astringents, external analgesics, film formers or materials, e.g., polymers, for aiding the film-forming properties and substantivity of the composition, quaternary derivatives, agents increasing the substantivity, opacifying agents, pH adjusters, pH regulator, propellants, reducing agents, sequestrants, skin bleaching and lightening agents, skin tanning agents, skin-conditioning agents (e.g., humectants, including miscellaneous and occlusive), skin soothing and/or healing agents, skin treating agents, thickeners, vitamins and derivatives thereof, lipid thickener, peeling agents, moisturizing agents, soothing agents, curative agents, lignans and mixtures.

13. Composition according to any of claims 1 to 12, wherein said composition contains in addition one or more additional actives selected among: agents acting on the microcirculation, draining agents, firming-up agents and/or anti-glycation, and their mixture.
14. Composition according to any of claims 1 to 13, wherein said dermatologically acceptable carrier is an aqueous or hydroalcoolic solution, a water in oil emulsion, an oil in water emulsion, a microemulsion, an aqueous gel, an anhydrous gel, a serum or a vesicle dispersion.

Composition according to any of claims 1 to 14, wherein at least one of the substance is used under the form of solution, dispersion, emulsion, paste, or powder, individually or as a premix, or in vehicles such as macrocapsules, microcapsules, or nanocapsules, macrospheres, microspheres or nanospheres, liposomes, oleosomes or chylomicrons, macroparticles, microparticles, or nanoparticles or macrosponges, microsponges or nanosponges, or adsorbed on organic polymer powders, talcs, bentonites, or other inorganic or organic supports.

Composition according to any of claims 1 to 15, wherein said composition is used in any cosmetic form, namely : creams, lotions, ointments, milks, gels, emulsions, dispersions, solutions, suspensions, cleansers, foundations, anhydrous preparations (sticks, in particular lipsticks, body and bath oils), shower and bath gels, shampoos and scalp treatment lotions, cream or lotion for care of the skin or hair, sun-screen lotions, milks or creams, artificial suntan lotions, creams or milks, shaving creams or foams, aftershave lotions, make-up, mascaras or nail varnishes, lipsticks, skin "essences," serums, adhesive or absorbent materials, transdermal patches, powders, emollient lotion, emollient milk, emollient cream, sprays, oils for the body and the bath, foundation tint bases, pomade, emulsion, colloid, compact or solid suspension, pencil, sprayable formulation, brossable.
17. Use of the composition according to any of claims 1 to 16 to obtain a slimming action and/or to reduce, eliminate or prevent the subcutaneous fat overloads and\or limit the installation and expansion of fat, and to block and\or decrease and\or inhibit water retention in the fat deposits.

18. Use of the topical cosmetic composition according to any of claims 1 to 16, in order to block and\or decrease and\or inhibit the adipocytic differentiation.

19. Use of composition according to any of claims 1 to 16, in order to make a preparation intended to obtain a slimming action and/or to reduce, eliminate or prevent the subcutaneous fat overloads and\or limit the installation and expansion of fat, and to block and\or decrease and\or inhibit water retention in the fat deposits and block and\or decrease and\or inhibit the adipocytic differentiation.
20. Use of composition according to any of claims 1 to 16, to manufacture a medicament regulating prophylacticly and therapeuticly adiposis and/or obesity, particularly for a slimming treatment of weight overloads of the thighs, the hips and the belly skin firming, and particularly prevent and/or treat cellulite or orange peel and/or to refine contours of the face, and/or treat fat deposits and "spare tires" and/or decrease water retention in the fat deposits, and/or prevent and/or treat stretch marks.
21. A method of non therapeutic treatment of adiposis in order to prevent and/or treat cellulite or orange peel and/or to refine contours of the face or the figure, and/or treat fat deposits and "spare tires" and/or decrease water retention in the fat deposits; and/or prevent and/or treat stretch marks consisting in administrating by topical application a composition according to any of claims 1 to 16.
