Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a microchip assembly that is particularly applicable for biosensors. According to the invention, short-distance interactions between coupling circuits (11, 12) on a thin substrate (13) and an object (2) take place through the substrate (13) of reduced thickness (d). The coupling circuits may particularly comprise wires (11) for the generation of a magnetic field (B) and a GMR (12) for the detection of the stray fields (B') generated by magnetizing beads (2) on labeled biological molecules (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de puce applicable en particulier à des biocapteurs. Selon cette invention, des interactions sur de courtes distances entre des circuits (11, 12) de couplage formés sur un substrat (13) mince et un objet (2) se produisent à travers ce substrat (13) de faible épaisseur (d). Les circuits de couplage peuvent en particulier comprendre des câbles (11) permettant de générer un champ magnétique (B), et une magnétorésistance géante (GMR) (12) permettant de détecter les champs parasites (B') créés par des billes magnétisées (2) fixées sur des molécules (1) biologiques marquées.
