Abstract:
(EN) A friction drive device has first and second rollers (1, 2), in which the ratio of the transmission power and the pressing power is nearly constant regardless of the magnitude of the transmission power. The rollers (1, 2) have center axes that are spaced apart by prescribed radial distance (r0), and arranged relative to an x y coordinate system when the rollers (1, 2) are not under load such that the x y coordinate system has an origin corresponding to the center axis of the first roller (1), and the y-axis passes through the center axis of the second roller (2). The cam surface (51) is located in a first quadrant of the x y coordinate system, and has a concave arc with a single radius, such that the concave arc has a cam surface center located in a third quadrant of the x y coordinate system near or on an imaginary arc defined by the prescribed radial distance (r0).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'entraînement par friction comportant un premier et un deuxième cylindre (1, 2), le rapport puissance de transmission - puissance de pressage étant pratiquement constant indépendamment de l'amplitude de la puissance de transmission. Les cylindres (1, 2) comprennent des axe centraux qui sont séparés d'une distance radiale prescrite (r0) et disposés par rapport à un système de coordonnées x y lorsque les cylindres (1, 2) ne sont pas chargés de façon que le système de coordonnées x y présente une origine correspondant à l'axe central du premier cylindre (1) et que l'axe y passe par l'axe central du deuxième cylindre (2). La surface de la came (51) est située dans un premier quadrant du système de coordonnées x y et comprend un arc concave à un seul rayon de façon que l'arc concave présente un centre de surface de la came situé dans un troisième quadrant du système de coordonnées x y à proximité ou sur un arc imaginaire défini par la distance radiale prescrite (r0).
