Abstract:
(EN) A pulley assembly (1) for a continuously variable transmission in a vehicle, comprising a shaft (2) having an axis (A), a supporting element (7) rotatable about said axis (A), a first half pulley (9) rigidly and rotationally connected to said supporting element (7), a second half pulley (11) facing said first half pulley (9) for defining a seat (13a) adapted to accommodate a belt (13) of the transmission, at least one of the first and second half pulleys (9, 11) being longitudinally mobile with respect to the supporting element (7), and a clutch (8) comprising a second supporting element (27) connected to the shaft (2), a drum (29) connected to the supporting element (7) and accommodating the second supporting element (27), and a plurality of friction elements (28) hinged to the second supporting element (27) about respective hinge axes (B) to selectively cooperate with the drum (29). In particular, the respective centres of gravity (G) of said friction elements (28) are located before the respective hinge axes (B) with respect to a direction of rotation of the shaft (2) which defines a forward running condition of the vehicle.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un ensemble poulie (1) pour transmission à changement de vitesses continu dans un véhicule, cet ensemble comprenant un arbre (2) comportant un axe (A), un élément de support (7) en rotation autour de cet axe (A), une première moitié de poulie (9) reliée en position rigide et en rotation à l'élément de support (7), une seconde moitié de poulie (11) placée face à la première moitié de poulie (9) de façon à définir un siège (13a) destiné à recevoir une courroie (13) de la transmission, au moins l'une de ces première et seconde moitiés de poulie (9, 11) étant mobile longitudinalement par rapport à l'élément de support (7), et un embrayage (8) comprenant un second élément de support (27) relié à l'arbre (2), un tambour (29) relié à l'élément de support (7) et recevant le second élément de support (27), et plusieurs éléments de friction (28) articulés au second élément de support (27) autour d'axes d'articulation respectifs (B), de façon à coopérer sélectivement avec le tambour (29). En particulier, les centres de gravité respectifs (G) des éléments de friction (28) sont situés devant les axes d'articulation respectifs (B) par rapport à la direction de rotation de l'arbre (2) qui définit le mouvement d'avance du véhicule.
