Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to methods for pairwise sequencing of a double-stranded polynucleotide template, which permit the sequential determination of nucleotide sequences in two distinct and separate regions on complementary strands of the double-stranded polynucleotide template. The two regions for sequence determination may or may not be complementary to each other.
(FR) Cette invention concerne des procédés permettant de séquencer par paire une matrice de polynucléotide double brin, ce qui permet d'obtenir la détermination séquentielle de séquences nucléotidiques dans deux régions distinctes et séparées sur des brins complémentaires de la matrice de polynucléotide double brin. Les deux régions pour la détermination séquentielle peuvent être complémentaires ou non.
