Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Zertrennen von pastösen Formmassen unter Verwendung einer Extrusionsvorrichtung, wobei die Formmassen durch eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen auf einer Matrizenplatte extrudiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die extrudierten, pastösen Formmassen durch einen oder mehrere Fluidfilme zertrennt werden, wobei der Fluidfilm einen kontinuierlichen Volumenstrom mit einer parallelen Verteilung über eine Distanz von mindestens 5 cm, gerechnet vom Entstehungsort des Fluidfilms, aufweist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zum Zertrennen von pastösen Formmassen.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for separating pasty moulding materials by means of an extrusion device consisting in extruding said moulding materials through a plurality of openings. Said invention is characterised in that the extruded pasty moulding materials are separated by one or several fluid films, wherein the fluid film exhibits a continuous volume flow rate associated with a parallel distribution along a distance equal to or greater than 5 cm calculated from the fluid film point of origin. A device for separating the pasty moulding materials is also disclosed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour séparer des matières à mouler sous forme de pâte, en utilisant un dispositif d'extrusion. Les matières à mouler sont extrudées à travers une pluralité d'ouvertures sur un support de matrice. Cette invention est caractérisée en ce que les matières à mouler extrudées sous forme de pâte sont séparées par un ou plusieurs films fluidiques. Un film fluidique présente un débit volumétrique continu avec une répartition parallèle sur une distance d'au moins 5 cm, calculé depuis le point d'origine du film fluidique. Cette invention concerne également un dispositif conçu pour séparer des matières à mouler sous forme de pâte.
