Abstract:
(EN) The invention includes at least two temperature-measuring devices (2a, 2b, 2c) that are inserted into the food (5). It also includes means for determining the thickness of the food (5) and means for situating said measuring devices (2a, 2b, 2c) in the interior of said food (5) that permit the distance between said measuring devices (2a, 2c, 2c) to be varied in accordance with the thickness of the food (5).
(FR) L'invention concerne au moins deux dispositifs de mesure de la température (2a, 2b, 2c) qui sont insérés dans les aliments (5). L'invention concerne également un moyen permettant de déterminer l'épaisseur des aliments (5) et des moyens permettant de situer ces dispositifs de mesure (2a, 2b, 2c) dans les aliments (5), ce qui permet de varier la distance entre les dispositifs de mesure (2a, 2c, 2c) conformément à l'épaisseur des aliments (5).
