Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft zunächst ein Verfahren zum Verbinden von mindestens zwei Flächengebilden, insbesondere von mindestens zwei Metallblechen 1, 2 mit einer geringen Materialdicke für Luftfahrzeuge, mit den Schritten: - Zusammenfügen der Flächengebilde auf Stoß unter Bildung eines Fügebereichs 5, mechanisches Bearbeiten der Flächengebilde und/oder des Fügebereichs 5, - mechanische und/oder chemische Klebevorbehandlung der Flächengebilde und/oder des Fügebereichs 5 und - Aufkleben mindestens eines Verstärkungselements 14,19 im Bereich einer Oberseite 6 und/oder einer Unterseite 7 des Fügebereichs 5, wobei das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement 14,19 zur Herstellung eines zweiten Lastpfads eine größere Breite 15,20 als eine Breite 16 des Fügebereichs 5 aufweist. Durch das Aufkleben mindestens eines Verstärkungselements 14,19 im Bereich des Fügebereichs 5 zwischen den Flächengebilden kann die aufwändige Erzeugung von Aufdickungen im Nahtbereich, die bei herkömmlichen Verbindungen zwischen Metallblechen zur Reduzierung der Nahtbelastung in der Regel erforderlich sind, entfallen. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine nach Maßgabe des Verfahrens hergestellte Verbindung 17,21. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Leichtbaustruktur, die mindestens eine erfindungsgemäße Verbindung aufweist.
(EN) The invention firstly relates to a method for joining at least two pieces of sheet material, particularly at least two metal sheets (1, 2) having a thin material thickness for aircraft, comprising the following steps: assembling the sheet material edge to edge while forming a joining area (5); mechanically machining the sheet material and/or the joining area (5); subjecting the sheet material and/or joining area (5) to a mechanical and/or chemical adhering pretreatment, and; adhering at least one reinforcing element (14, 19) in the area of an upper side (6) and/or a lower side (7) of the joining area (5), the at least one reinforcing element (14, 19) having a larger width (15, 20) than a width (16) of the joining area (5) in order to produce a second load path. By adhering at least one reinforcing element (14, 19) in the vicinity of the joining area (5) between the pieces of sheet material, the costly creation of thickenings in the seam area, which are normally required for reducing the seam load in conventional joinings between metal sheets, are eliminated. The invention also relates to a joining (17, 21) produced according to the aforementioned method and, lastly, relates to a lightweight structure that has at least one inventive joining.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour assembler au moins deux structures planes, notamment au moins deux tôles de métal (1, 2) de faible épaisseur pour des aéronefs, ce procédé comprenant les opérations suivantes : assembler les structures planes bord à bord en formant une zone de joint (5), façonner mécaniquement les structures planes et/ou la zone de joint (5), prétraiter par adhésion mécanique et/ou chimique les structures planes et/ou la zone de joint (5), coller au moins un élément de renforcement (14,19) dans la zone d'une face supérieure (6) et/ou d'une face inférieure (7) de la zone de joint (5), l'élément de renforcement (14,19) pour créer une deuxième ligne de charge ayant une largeur (15,20) supérieure à celle (16) de la zone de joint (5). Le collage d'un élément de renforcement (14,19) dans la zone de joint (5) entre les structures planes rend superflu la réalisation complexe de renflements dans la zone de joint, lesquels sont en règle générale nécessaires dans les assemblages classiques entre des tôles de métal pour réduire la charge exercée sur le joint. La présente invention porte également sur un assemblage (17,21) réalisé selon ce procédé et sur une structure de construction légère comportant au moins un assemblage de ce type.
