Abstract:
(DE) Ein Hochdruck-Speichereinspritzsystem (10) für eine Brennkraftmaschine, vorzugsweise ein Dieselmotor, weist eine Anzahl Einspritzventile (18) auf, welche über Brennstoffleitungen (16, 14) mit einer Hochdruckfördereinrichtung (12) verbunden sind. Jedem Einspritzventil (18) sind eine Speicherkammer (22) und ein Rückschlagventil mit dazu parallel geschaltet eine Bypassdrossel (24) zugeordnet. Dank der jedem Einspritzventil (18) zugeordneten Rückschlagventil mit parallel geschalteter Bypassdrossel (24) können mit dem Speichereinspritzsystem (10) auch dann noch stabile und reproduzierbare Einspritzvorgänge mit einem günstigen Druckverlauf bei jedem Einspritzvorgang realisiert werden, wenn die diskreten Speicherkammern (22) ein ungewöhnlich kleines Volumen aufweisen. Die Speicherkammern (22) können im Gehäuse der Einspritzventile (18) integriert werden. Ein aufwendiges Common Rail Rohr entfällt.
(EN) Disclosed is a high-pressure accumulator injection system (10) for an internal combustion engine, preferably a diesel engine. Said injection system (10) comprises a number of injection valves (18) which are connected to a high-pressure conveying device (12) via fuel pipes (16, 14). A reservoir (22) and a check valve encompassing a bypass throttle (24) that is connected in parallel are assigned to each injection valve (18). Said check valve which is assigned to each injection valve (18) and encompasses a bypass throttle (24) that is connected in parallel allows the accumulator injection system (10) to perform stable and reproducible injection processes with a favorable pressure curve during each injection process even when the discrete reservoirs (22) are provided with an unusually low volume. The reservoirs (22) can be integrated in the housing of the injection valves (18). The inventive injection system dispenses with the need for a complex common rail.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'injection d'accumulateur haute pression (10) pour moteur à combustion interne, de préférence un moteur Diesel, qui présente un nombre de soupapes d'injection (18), qui sont reliées à un dispositif de refoulement haute pression (12) par l'intermédiaire de conduites de carburant (16, 14). Il est prévu d'associer à chaque soupape d'injection (18) une chambre d'accumulation (22) et un clapet antiretour comportant un gicleur de dérivation monté en parallèle. La présence du clapet antiretour muni du gicleur de dérivation (24) monté en parallèle, associé à chaque soupape d'injection (18), permet d'obtenir, avec le système d'injection d'accumulation, des opérations d'injection qui restent stables et reproductibles, avec une allure de pression avantageuse à chaque processus d'injection, même si les chambres d'accumulation (22) discrètes présentent un volume anormalement réduit. les chambres d'accumulation (22) peuvent être intégrés dans la cage des soupapes d'injection (18) et l'utilisation d'une tubulure d'injection par accumulation de pression complexe n'est plus requise.
